Key Responsibilities-

Assist in identifying potential business opportunities within the CSR and sustainability/ environment sector
Assist in market research to identify potential corporate partners, funding agencies, and government tenders for CSR and sustainability-related projects
Assist in the proposal writing and submission
Handle digital marketing works, including website management, social media campaigns, SEO optimization and content development to enhance ICUC’s online presence
Manage and update ICUC’s website with blogs, case studies, and project highlights
Assist in developing marketing presentations, brochures and reports to pitch ICUC’s CSR/environment/sustainability management services
Monitor industry trends to keep ICUC ahead in the CSR/sustainability/environment space

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business management/ social works/ sociology/development studies/mass communications/psychology or a related field
2-3 years of experience in CSR, Business Development, Digital Marketing, Content Writing, Stakeholder Engagement, preferably in the areas of urban environmental services, sustainability or CSR
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, website management (WordPress or similar CMS), and social media platforms
Exposure to corporate stakeholder engagement, networking, and business development
Ability to understand the concept of new business opportunities, lead generation, and developing strategic partnerships
Experience in proposal writing, client presentations, and bid management
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and content writing skills
Ability to develop impact-driven CSR strategies and business development plans
