Project Management Support to Municipal Corporation of Delhi under Swachh Bharat Mission 2.0
ICUC has been engaged by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, one of India’s largest municipal bodies catering to a population of nearly 20 million, to offer comprehensive project management support as part of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs’ Swachh Bharat Mission Urban 2.0. With 12 zones and 250 wards under its jurisdiction, MCD has entrusted ICUC with diverse responsibilities, ranging from technical and advisory assistance to essential tasks such as data collection, procurement, documentation of key metrics like Swachh Survekshan 2024, ODF ++, and GFC Star Rating Protocol. ICUC’s role extends to the submission of monthly MIS reports, proficient management of data and records, ensuring compliance with service level programs, facilitating field visits, and supporting capacity building initiatives.
