Stakeholder Management Analysis in Indian Base Management Sector for Netherland Enterprise Agency

The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, Netherlands, in line with its commitment to support India to enhance its waste management, has initiated a pivotal stakeholder mapping study within the waste management sector. This in-depth study aims to explore the waste management scenario in Maharashtra (Mumbai and Nagpur) and Uttar Pradesh (Muzaffarnagar and Ghaziabad). Its main goals are to identify the key stakeholders, identify the key challenges, gaps, key leverage point, opportunities and provide recommendations to improve waste management in the study area. The study findings will be used to inform the Dutch government’s intervention strategy in the Indian waste management sector and to develop new opportunities for G2G, K2K, K2B, and B2B cooperation among stakeholders
